A yummy upcoming all Uni omasake in my area. What to guys think.

I might very well be the outlier here, but I don’t think I’d like an all uni tasting menu.
Also, noodles with uni in a soy milk broth doesn’t sound good, at all.

I’m not a fan. Uni is delicious in small portions, but having a lot of it builds the ocean-y taste to a degree that it gets overwhelming. The chef might be extremely skilled and knows how to balance an-all uni meal, but that’s been my experience after going to a Uni-only restaurant.
