Long time lurker, first time poster. Some smoked wings from the egg! Got 3 sauces ready to toss em in. Aardvark, bbq mixed with melindas ghost pepper and some Fuji Apple gochujang mix. Dry brined overnight with jerk chicken rub.

    Hell yeah brother. Nothing beats smoked wings. Fuji Apple gochujang?? How was it, what did you use to make that? I’m always looking for new wing sauce ideas
