Stumbled across this place on a work trip. Great selection of unique fish and everything was delicious. Here’s what we got:

  1. Bluefish tuna
  2. Seared Scottish salmon with pickled wasabi
  3. Can’t remember!! :/
  4. King salmon
  5. Needle fish with mint
  6. Snapper with a lemon ponzu sauce
  7. Halibut fin seared
  8. Salt water eel
  9. Monkfish liver ponzu sauce and caviar
  10. Toro minced to match consistency with seared uni and truffle oil

Would recommend anyone check either of their locations out if you can!
