I do not want to overshadow your great recipes with bears garlic so I will put this seperate. I have for the first time found Culantro (not Cilantro) and bought it. This herb is amazing. It is also called Mexican Coriander or Long Coriander or Baidania. It is fantastic and strong in taste. Maybe you know it allready? Than you are lucky! Because this herb is so great. I read that the seeds take long to germinate so I kept the lower part of the stem and hang it into water with the help of bamboo toothpicks. I have 2 that are growing roots now. Faster than seeds, I think. Pity you live far away, I would have loved to bring you a plant of this. Maybe you can find it? Latin name: Eryngium foetidum. It is also great on pizza! Bye!
