Used the Traeger chicken rub, rubbed down with olive oil, and smoked over a can of Yingling (just what I had in the fridge). 2.5 hours at 275°, then 30 minutes at 375° until internal temp reached 165°

Looks good but for a whole chicken you should consider taking it to 185F internal for the dark meat. You wont dry things out.
