    **Ingredients**
    **Veggies**: 1 julienned zucchini, 1 carrot, 3 sliced shiitake mushrooms, ½ bunch spinach
    **Base**: Steamed short-grain rice
    **Sauce**: 100g minced beef, 3 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar
    **Toppings**: 1 soft-boiled egg, 1 tbsp sesame oil, optional sesame seeds

    **Instructions**

    1. **Veggies**: Simmer all veggies with 100ml water + pinch of salt for ~6 mins.
    2. **Sauce**: Cook beef, then add gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, sugar. Simmer 2–3 mins.
    3. **Egg**: Boil 6 mins for jammy yolk, cool, peel.
    4. **Assemble**: Rice + veggies + sauce + egg + sesame oil (and sesame seeds). Mix and enjoy!
