I let a Goblin bleed into my mouth

I cracked open Nekrogoblikon’s Goblin Blood hot sauce, and let me tell you: this is not a condiment. This is a war crime in a bottle, and I loved every second of it.

It starts with a rich, savory sweetness. Chipotle and roasted garlic come in smooth. Then the Carolina Reaper kicks down the door, dragging hellfire and high notes of red wine vinegar behind it. There’s a sharp tang, a deep umami thump, and a garlicky finish that lingers!

Absolutely destroys on tacos, wings, and the weak-willed. I put it on eggs and now I can smell colors.
