MACROS AND CALORIES (for the whole bowl as shown including rice)
337 calories 32g protein 32g carbs 9g fat
INGREDIENTS for mahi seasoning;
– Mahi-Mahi (cut into 4 filets)
– Salt
– Brown Sugar
– Chili powder
– Paprika
– Cumin
– Onion Powder
– Garlic Powder
INGREDIENTS for Pineapple Salsa;
– Finely Diced Pineapple (or mango)
– Avocado (cubed)
– Chopped Cilantro
– Lime Juice
INGREDIENTS for Cabbage Slaw;
– Shredded Purple Cabbage
– Lime Juice
– Salt
– Cilantro
– Greek Yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees
2. Make the red cabbage slaw by combining all above ingredients.
3. Lay the mahi-mahi filets on a baking sheet, pat spices on top.
4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-9 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes.
5. Combine ingredients for the pineapple cilantro avocado salsa.
6. Layer the bowls with cooked rice, fish, cabbage slaw, and pineapple salsa, ENJOY!
