No banana for scale, so scale for scale may have to do. 557g of pure allium. Chopping it up yielded two cups of holy trinity (bell pepper, celery, onion) and about 3
cups left over standalone. I may have to freeze some of this with other things lol I don’t think I can power through it this week.

    My husband does this kind of thing. I asked him to bring home a sourdough baguette to have with cheese. He brought home a jalapeño and cheddar loaf.
