I’d hate to see their lobster ravioli recipe
psypio
It’s mostly garnish but actually a popular way of serving it in parts of Italy and Greece. The shells were probably used to make lobster stock but tossed on top to add a flare of color. I still prefer the ‘garnish should be edible’ approach…I guess with small enough bites everything is technically edible though

When people say they used to serve lobster to prisoners back then this is what I imagined it looked like.

This is an example of when this sub doesn’t have as much food knowledge as they think they do.

In Asian cuisine it’s not unusual to put the entire crustacean over the starch. Generally it’s less broken down than this but not always.

This isn’t stupid. It may not be to your liking but this is a completely valid way of serving lobster pasta in many places.

Shells and tails do not belong in pasta. The exception is calms and/or mussels and they need to be on top. Period.

I don’t care what the dish is. Half of it needing to be trashed is just BS.
Kitchen-Document4917
They could have went with a soft shell lobster but I’m sure they didn’t
i mean… probably tastes fine but seems like a hassle to get off the shell between bites of spaghetti

I run into problems like this with AI generated food photos on my website. I’m not 100% sure it’s AI but it looks like what you’d get if you type “lobster pasta” when creating a new blog post.

This dish is completely normal. Where is the stupidity?

You can actually eat oranges.
