



Recipe from Julie Marie Eats (I'll add a link in the comments). I made half the cake recipe and about 1/4 of the buttercream + used store-bought jam.
This is a REALLY good recipe. The cake is soft and delicately flavoured, and the raspberry buttercream is delicious (I did cut down on the sugar a little bit).

I love it!! It’s so pretty, but why is there frosting at the bottom of the platter where there is an empty cake slice? It’s messing with me lol did you add the frosting back on the platter or did you remove the slice and missed some frosting?
