Neighbor gave me a brisket from their half a beef for exchange for some burnt ends I had made a few weeks ago. Overnight cook with Smokin Pecan pellets. Definitely room for improvement but everyone seemed to enjoy it. The cooks always their worst critic! Had a blast making it either way, and cant wait for the next one.
