I struggle with food noise but this lil snack surprisingly keeps me full for several hours 🙂

    I do this! Except with chocolate rice cake and a tbsp of peanut butter. And despite naysayers here, i can attest that it is more filling than most snacks for 160 calories. And it takes awhile to eat, vs half a cookie for the same calories, so you can really enjoy it longer. It tastes like a chocolate peanut butter cookie to me.

    I used to do snacks like this but I was hungry for like years into my journey and it worked against me. Now, it’s gotta be packed with protein or fiber or I’ll crave carbs etc all day and night. I had to essentially break up with pb which sucks but not as bad as “starving” all the time.

  10. I love snacking on these!!

    I’ll put goat cheese + grilled chicken on the everything bagel rice cakes and I make mini “pizzas” with the tomato and basil rice cakes with cheese and pepperoni. It’s the perfect snack between meals and ends up being like 100-200 cals depending on what you use.

    Yeah this is in the right direction but too many calories for me. Try a rice cake with nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with some PB fit. You could have the same thing for like 70-80 cals and more volume
