So I've been working on a recipe for a Chilli extract/oil. I love how the colour is looking for shelf appeal and it tastes absolutely amazing, like the essence of the pepper. Hot though. Idea is to put it in dropper bottles similar to Tabasco and for it to be used sparingly (or not 😉)

I see tons of hot sauce out there but not much in the way of oil so have attempted to make the best oil I can, growing and selecting the right pepper for the job.

There's a bar at my studio which serves pizza, I'm thinking to trial it there before going further with it.

Do you know any good oils?

Is this oil something you would try/buy?

    I would give it a try. Sounds like it would be good on pizza. I’m curious how you make it. Heat oil and pour over peppers, rest and then strain?
