Meal 3: chicken breast marinated with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, ginger and mustard powder. Stir-fry with peas, carrot, onion, garlic, celery and brown rice.

Meal 4: green smoothies with spinach, green apple, pear, banana, celery, avocado, ground flaxseed, Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, lemon juice and water.

Meal 5: Baked lemon-garlic salmon, quinoa and buttery steamed broccoli.

    In the scramble egg meal with scallions and bagel, what are the pinkish, reddish strips? Looks a little like beef jerky but I didn’t see beef jerky mentioned
