i’m sharing my recipe for super gooey kunafa cheesecake crumble.
This decadent dessert combines the best of Middle Eastern and Western flavors for an unforgettable treat!
Key Ingredients (with Grams & Cups):

For the Crust:
200g (Approx. 2 cups) Toasted and ground kunafa
150g (Approx. 1 1/2 cups) Crushed biscuits
60g (Approx. 1/4 cup) Sugar
110-135g (Approx. 1/2 cup) Melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

240g (16 pieces) Cream cheese (like Cheezy)
140g (Approx. 1/2 cup) Soft cheese (like Tartino)
113g (Approx. 1/2 cup) Fresh cheese (like ricotta or mascarpone)
150g (Approx. 3/4 cup) Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla
1/2 Lemon, juiced

Baking Temperatures:
Crust: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
Cheesecake: Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60-75 minutes.
Pan Size:
Use an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) square pan.
