But I’m going to put a little bit of basil down. This is a cornflake crust. Here’s the regular crust. So I’m going to load this one up. Cornflake. Regular bread. See this is the duck breast. Duck meat. Flour. I don’t know if it’s like black and white cooking, but this is duck bread. And there’s a little bit of cinnamon in that egg wash. If you could, you see what we got here? So, we’re going to plate a a chicken parm, a chicken millise, but I have this duck cutlet that has a a black and white cubed bread crumbs. I just want to show you how beautiful it looks.
