[Music] Bismillah Rahma Rahim, welcome to everyone at Spice and Taste Hut. Today in our kitchen, we will prepare a very delicious Turkish hummus with exact measurements. So, first of all, let’s look at the ingredients. For that, I need salt, tahini sauce, lemon juice, cloves of garlic and extra virgin olive oil. You have to use only extra virgin olive oil. Apart from this , you can also get boiled gram in a can. So let ‘s start making it. First of all, you have to put water in the gram and take out as much of the peel as possible. The sauce that you make along with it, your hummus becomes very creamy, so take out as much as you can. I have taken out as many peels as I could, now we put it in a blender jar. I have four cups of gram. In this, we will add lemon juice four tablespoons and extra Virgin olive oil, that too four tablespoons. Tahina sauce, we will add 3/4 cup tahina sauce basically it is the paste of our white sesame seeds, which we blend, with olive oil and inshallah, we will share its recipe with you soon, add one tea spoon of salt, you have to add three to four cloves of garlic, if you like strong flavour, you can add more. After adding all the ingredients, you will blend them. You have to take the blender jar, you have to turn it on and you have to keep blending it slowly, make sure that you do not use water, keep stirring it a little, keep moving it up and down, this will be a very thick paste, use minimum water, add one to two tablespoons and if you have to add water, then use cold water. You do not have to use hot or room temperature water. Our hummus is ready well, see how good it is. It is creamy and thick. It is not liquid at all. I have not used water. If you wish, you can add two to three tablespoons. Now we take it out and serve it. You have to take out all your hummus in an open dish and serve it. You have sprinkled it with two to three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a little salad and sumac powder. This amazing Turkish hummus is ready. Try this recipe, give your feedback.
