Steak was done on the infrared side burner. Snapper done on the grill.

  3. Nice! I want do do more whole fish on the grill. I often see people cutting them before putting them on the grill, you too? And how do you do it, straight on the grill or in a separate fish rack, I’d like to keep the skin intact.
