I use to put the chia seeds in liquid like veggie milk or orange juice. After 5 and after 10 min I squirl it with a whisk to avoid lumps, and put it in the fridge overnight. The seeds well up to double volume and you got a chia pudding that is nice to work with (and better to digest?). Nice recipe 👍
