  1. Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta!

    This dessert is absolutely delicious! It is light, yet creamy and has a wonderful balance of flavors!!

    Recipe:
    -1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    -1 cup milk @tricklingspringsorganic
    -1/3 cup granulated sugar @dominosugar
    -4 teaspoons of gelatin

    Raspberry sauce:
    -1 teaspoon lemon juice
    -1 1/2 cups raspberries @driscollsberry
    -1/3 cup sugar

    1.)Start by making your panne cotta base. On low heat, mix together your milk, vanilla paste/seeds, heavy cream, and sugar(for some reason, I can’t find the clip where I put sugar)(oops🙃)

    2.)Then, take it off the heat and mix in your gelatin until dissolved. After, add the mixture into your chosen dishes and cool for four hours at minimum.

    3.) Then, make sure raspberry sauce. In a pot, over medium high heat, add your raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar. Combine and mash. Then, strain out to form a thinner sauce. (Without seeds)

    4.) Once cooled, add your sauce and top with raspberries and a mint leaf!
