Recipe is from chef Adam Byatt who is an absolute national treasure. First time trying oysters cooked and while I’d imagine these would taste amazing with or without the oysters, there is an amazing depth and salinity that comes from cooking them in the shells in lager then using that to make the sauce. Would recommend!
