


Marinated with KOW steak salt. Ironwood smoker with hickory pelts. 30 min on smoker at 225 super smoke. Reverse sear on skillet with butter, garlic and rosemary until 140-145.
Strip was perfect, filet and ribeye a bit over cooked. Still great overall.
