I don’t like chicken pot pie because I don’t like pie crust, but I can get behind this! Recipe?

I love bisquits with my pot pies. I split them and pour it over them. YUM

One of my favorite kitchen purchases was a pair of pot pie sized baking pans. I love throwing together some meat and vegetables–it doesn’t really matter what they are, really, lol. And just put some biscuit dough on top and bake it in the toaster oven.

Good start. Keep working at it. Keep cooking with love.

I like to cut the biscuits in half and line muffin tins with them, then spoon the filling in before baking! Also, if you don’t like bottom crusts, circles of puff pastry are good toppers 😁

We make chicken pot pie filling. Then while it’s hot we fill up some oven safe bowls with it, then drape pilsbury crescent roll dough over them and toss them in the oven. Since the filling is already hot they brown up really fast and you get a “crust” on each one.
