I absolutely love my Weber Genesis. This grill is perfect with every meal I cook. My parents came over for dinner tonight so we decided to throw some steaks on the flat top insert. With about 2 minutes left, I sprinkled some gorgonzola cheese on the top to add that extra bite of flavor.
I love my steaks with a crust and medium rare center. These could have been slightly rarer, but they still turned of fantastic.

Dude, those looks absolutely incredible! Gorgonzola on steak is such a game changer. Do you usually stick with gorgonzola, or do you ever mix it up with other cheeses? Also, how are you liking the flat top insert for the Genesis? Been thinking about grabbing one myself!
Looks good. You basically cooked them in a giant carbon steel pan, so I should hope they turned out.
