Butter chicken: cut 5 whole chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. Marinated using full fat yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well for about 5 minutes. Let it sit for 2 hours, better if overnight. In a pan, throw some ginger garlic paste, 2 whole red onions, and 6 tomatoes. Cook everything until the raw smell goes away. Let it cool down. Once cooled down, put that mixture into a blender with salt and a handful of cashews. Blend well. In a pot, heat up oil and fry the chicken. Once almost done, throw the mixture in with about 50gms of butter and cook for 2-3 minutes. Throw in finely chopped coriander and it’s ready!

Rice: cooked in a rice cooker with corn kernels and peas

Salad: chopped iceberg lettuce and cucumber

Side: cut watermelon

Potato wedges: in a pan, heat up oil. Once hot, add whole cumin and let it splutter only medium brown. Add potato wedges. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes on both sides. In the end, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Throw in finely chopped coriander and it’s ready!
