Bought mine last September, use it at least 2-3 times a week, never had any issue and I’ve only cleaned it out twice.

I have loved mine since the day I got it . I use It at least once a week for meal prep. But this past weekend I tackled 3 racks of St Louis Spare ribs .

Thinking of getting the smaller version of this, will still keep my kettle but love the look of this. You would obviously recommend but have you run into any issues/quirks so far?

just got it going to do the burn in this week
