I bet that mango habanero is delicious with some brie cheese.

Love Melinda’s hot sauces for the most part. I’ll definitely have to try these if I see them at the store. It is driving me a little nuts that the ghost pepper strawberry jam doesn’t have the heat level listed though lol

    Yes, I enjoy them.

I’m sure that someone can dismiss them because they aren’t that hot, but that’s not really the point in this case. It successfully adds some heat to jelly; it’s not supposed to compete with hot sauce.

  4. I’ve had the ghost and it’s good but not spicy and too expensive. I grow super hots and make my own jams so I’m biased, this is tasty and would be serviceable for someone without access to fresh ingredients.

    I like both of them.

The Ghost Pepper Strawberry has a heat that (to me) isn’t immediately noticeable, but creeps up later.

The Mango Habanero has immediate heat and is really tasty.

I need to buy some more of both.

I got the mango habanero one recently and I can tell you it’s pretty damn delicious on a bacon cheeseburger

  7. I have to try the spicy jellies. I’ve had the regular strawberry jelly from them and it was not it. But I bet these are pretty good. Put some on toast and add a slice of bacon.

Making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with strawberry ghost is so damn good!

    I sure have.

    They’re great. PB-N-GPJ is the bomb-diggity!

  10. The ghost pepper strawberry jelly is awesome. I always have a couple jars. I love it on bagels with cream cheese and on peanubutter sandwiches. I’ve not had the mango habanero, but I did have the mixed berry jalapeno, which wasn’t great.

Now I want the strawberry lol

Love them. I use them when I glaze my smoked ribs

The mango habanero slaps!!! I use it on cheese sandwiches, or on a little bit of Brie. Planning on making a baked Brie with it some time.

It’s also really good for making pan sauce into a sticky, sweet, spicy glaze. Amazing on chicken twinks or pork.

That mango hab is probably really good. I’d spread it on some pork tenderloin and grill it. It worked really well with a marionberry jalapeno jam i had.

Get yourself some cream cheese and Triscuits!

That would be a cruel cruel joke to play on my children. Haha
