Got this recipe from @livjordan_fit on ig and wanted to share.
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/2 cup cottage cheese
– 1/2 cup either egg whites or eggs (I used reg eggs)
– add some stevia, cinnamon, and a pinch of baking powder
– blend all together and make over stove top on low/medium heat

honestly shocked at how fluffy and good they came out. couldn’t taste the cottage cheese at all. macros are rougly 380-400 cals w about 30 grams of protein!! pretty solid
topped with some fruit and sf syrup 🙂
