This week is annoying and I had to cook for 4 days instead of 3 as usual.

Day 1

Breakfast: sandwich with ham and cheese + veggies on the side.

Snack: little charcuterie board🤣 (brie, cheese with cranberries, salamini, grapes).

Lunch: chilli con carne (minced beef, peppers, onion, garlic, brown rice, corriander).

Day 2

Breakfast: overnight oats (oats, milk, hazelnut iso, chia seeds, almond flakes, strawberries, blueberries).

Snack: tomatoes with mozarella and basil.

Lunch: salmon bites (brown rice, salmon, stir fry veggies, sesame seeds, light soy sauce, honey).

Day 3

Breakfast: egg muffins with peppers and spinach + veggies.

Snack: fruits (kiwi, apples, grapes).

Lunch: Fraz salad (minced beef, salad, pockles, red onion, mayo, ketchup, mustard, sesame seeds).

Day 4

Breakfast: omelette with spinach, onions and peppers.

Snack: roasted carrots and parsnips + corriander.

Lunch: mashed potatoes with meatballs (minced turkey) in gravy + sour gherkins.

    This all looks so visually appealing and delicious! I would really enjoy these meals. Whoever else gets to have these is certainly fortunate. I hope you enjoy them as well
