HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Dozens of top local and global chefs are gearing up for the 15th annual Hawaii Food and Wine Festival this fall.

The festival runs from October through November.

Hawaii Island, Oct. 17 and 18Kaanapali, Maui, Oct. 24 and 26Oahu, Oct. 30 through Nov. 2

This year’s theme is FEAST, which stands for Food, Education, Agriculture, Sustainability, and Tourism.

The multi-day event will feature an inaugural FEAST Summit and tournament at the Mauna Kea Golf Course hosted by Chef Alan Wong.

There’s also a MatCHA Chai Brunch, inspired by the flavors and rich traditions of global tea culture.

Funds raised support Hawaii’s culinary and agricultural industries.
