🍋 Ingredients:
•400 g (14 oz) pasta
•225 g (8 oz) halloumi cheese
•1 red onion
•Garlic clove
•1/2 tsp honey
•Turmeric seasoning
•Paprika seasoning
•250 g (1 cup) plain Turkish yogurt
•1 lemon (juice from the whole lemon, zest from half)
•½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
🍋 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
2️⃣ Dice the halloumi and fry it in a pan until golden brown on all sides.
3️⃣ Melt some butter and fry the sliced red onion and minced garlic until soft.
4️⃣ Add the zest of half a lemon and the juice of the whole lemon. Drizzle in the honey, then stir in the turmeric and paprika.
5️⃣ Add the cooked pasta to the pan with a splash of pasta water. Toss everything to combine.
6️⃣ Stir in the yogurt and grated Parmesan.
