I finally got my hands on the infamous tube of terror. Two of them actually. So my question is for anyone else who has already done this or just bought it and have it sitting around. Is the top of your label cut off? You can see on the front where blazing foods is cut off and on my next picture you can really tell as it cuts off the last part of the rules and Johnny’s slogan “if it’s worth doing…it’s worth over doing”. I’m curious if they are always like this, if I for some reason got a smaller tube or any other possible explanation. TIA….really looking forward to conquering this challenge in the near future

Good luck man. I’ve been eating spicy food for a while. Got a helluva tolerance. I ate half this tube in 30 seconds and it fuckin rocked me. I still half the other half in the cabinet to talk about lol. As for packaging, mine was a gift, but I do remember the plastic only being around the lid. Not fully covering it. But idk if they’ve changed it since. Good luck to ya man, you’re gonna need it. 😅
Guy is making this in his basement or garage, give him a break on the packaging.
It could be that the seller tried it and almost died and shrink sealed the top so they could sell it again. Are both of the tubes like this? And where did you purchase them from?
Mine has about 1/2″ above the top logo (actually 3/4″ to the top of the tube (edit: never mind it’s a whole inch i just measured a tube)). Here’s a pic of the wrapper that I took off my tube:

Mine also says 1.5 oz. Either they never filled them to the top or you got shrinkflated and they failed to update the new weight. Edit: Weigh the contents if you can to make sure you didn’t get shafted.
