Cook the Pasta: • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. • Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. 2. Prepare the Dressing: • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, garlic powder, dried oregano, honey, salt, and pepper. 3. Assemble the Salad: • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, roasted red peppers, fresh basil and mozzarella balls • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. 4.
