Footlong, lined the bun with lettuce so it wouldn’t get soggy, then dog, coney sauce, cojack and havarti cheeses, more coney sauce to melt the cheese, mustard, Tapatio hot sauce, and topped it off with homemade French fried onions. Bread and butter pickles on the side, and green bean casserole.
The lettuce did its job for the most part and added a nice crunch (I don’t like raw onions, so it was perfect). Everything else was awesome.

All these comments are missing the fascination of this post. Gaze beyond the scope of the bread, brothers, and truly see what has been presented! A mildly split bun, such as seen in an Italian, with a lettuce support and fat saturation anchor. The meats, delicately placed—in this case a questionably cased meat of even further questionable origin—inside the lettucial envelopment to be covered in an unknown blend of ingredients or preparation. Topped with a clearly hand split hard white cheese that would struggle to melt even in the microwave! And then the audacity of fried onions, as if it would make a difference to the decisions made thus far.
