Notes of ripe red plum, blackberry compote, and a dusting of cocoa powder, classic Paso Robles opulence with surprising structure. I’d score this 90–93 points.

Curious if anyone else has tasted this vintage? I’m considering picking up their Isosceles next and would love to hear your impressions.

  1. Probably my favorite wine out there. I’ve only had it twice, but I’d still say it’s the best I’ve had.

Paso holds a special place in my heart.

Ever since I heard about Justin vineyards clear cutting ancient oaks, I can no longer support them. https://pasoroblesdailynews.com/justin-winery-clear-cutting/56473/

Pick up Tablas Creek instead, notes of small business, ethical and sustainable.

Bad business! On the upside, if you zoom in we can see OP. Hello 👋

  5. Appreciate everyone chiming in, I came for tasting notes, stayed for the winery ethics masterclass. Lesson learned. Supporting smaller, cleaner producers from here on out, palate’s still on, just shopping different shelves.
