
I'm proud of myself today! Here's my mealprep :
- lentils curry with celery, oignons, spices, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, cilantro
- chicken legs / salmon with quinoa, brussel sprouts and Brocoli
- beans salad with fresh basil, yellow bell pepper, feta, tomatos, cucumber, jalapenos, dill, greek dressing.
- overnight oats with chia seeds, flax seeds, frozen berries and walnuts.
