no salt salmon fillet peace be with you this salmon was grilled with fresh leaves there’s leak leaves and lemon Myrtle it goes oily because that’s just how they interact I didn’t add any oil or butter to this they just the oil comes out of the fish and the leaf this is a lemon Myrtle Leaf it was fresh from the tree when I put it down and then it goes a bit brown or a bit black as it loses its oil and its moisture what can I say praise be to God that’s what I say praise be to God the salmon is delicious no salt no oil no sugar it just the the natural compounds in the leaf with the heat they work
