Hear me out: “Mexican Lasagne” with canned enchilada sauce, taco-seasoned ground beef, a jar of salsa, chili-seasoned beans. Layer however with tortilla chips and shredded cheese. Strips of corn chips is also an option. COMFORT FOOD!!
