Haven’t had time to plant yet

I’ve been running behind on my pepper patch I planned to do this year (first time growing from seed). I started these (mostly sweet/bell and some jalapeño varieties) from seed and hardened them off outside going about 3 weeks ago. I won’t be able to get them in the ground until next weekend. I noticed many of them are flowering but the leaves all seem pretty green and happy. I assume I should have up potted/planted them in the ground by now. Should I expect stunted growth/production due to my negligence? Thanks!
