“Birria tacos” at Mad Mex. They aren’t really, but they’re tasty.

Mad Mex always puts their own spin on things. When they started selling these a few years ago they were much closer to what they should be. They’re still great – probably shouldn’t call them birria tacos, but whatever. Tasty is tasty.
