Try this delicious Borma (Rolled Eggplant) — a Middle Eastern-inspired dish made with thinly sliced eggplant, seasoned ground meat, and aromatic spices. Perfectly baked and packed with taste, this dish is an eye-catcher on any dinner table!

### 🥄 Ingredients:

* 5 medium eggplants
* 2 small onions
* 1 small sweet pepper (Kapya pepper)
* 1 garlic clove
* 400g (14 oz) ground beef
* Salt 🧂
* Black pepper
* Pul biber (Aleppo pepper)
* Thyme 🍃

### 🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Blend onions, pepper, and garlic until smooth.
2️⃣ Mix ground beef, season with salt, black pepper, Thyme, and pul biber, and knead well until firm.
3️⃣ Peel and slice the eggplants thinly.
4️⃣ Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture onto each eggplant slice.
5️⃣ Roll the slices tightly, brush with olive oil, and secure with wooden skewers.
6️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25–30 minutes.

* Serve with yogurt dip or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
