Used hickory and apple over coal had it at about 250-275 first 30, minutes and at 300 for the second half …. First time smoking anything , came out great will be back!

    They look great! If you’re looking for more crisp on the skin, add a bit of corn starch to your rub mix

    I fucking love my tiny charcoal grill for this very reason. Can use my treager for a nice smoke but finishing it off with the charcoal heat just leaves them perfectly crispy
