Sushi Suntos is a popular sushi restaurant located in Omotesando, Tokyo. One of its biggest draws is the wine pairing course, which pairs a variety of wines with both small appetizers and sushi.
While sake is traditionally served with sushi in Japan, Sushi Suntos offers an impressive range of pairings—including sparkling, white, orange, red, rosé, and dessert wines—carefully matched to each dish.
It’s especially popular with travelers, and you’ll often see many non-Japanese guests dining there. The service is excellent, and compared to other high-end sushi spots, the pricing is quite reasonable. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again.
