Grilled up a nice London broil for dinner last night.
Has anyone else been into this cut of meat lately?

Wow that looks great! Yes, I love doing this cut, especially when I’m grilling for myself. It’s less expensive than other cuts and I dry-brine it in salt and black pepper beforehand. Love it with a baked potato and a wedge salad.

Not lately. It is too much meat for just myself. I used to grill one for Hubby and myself. We would have steak the first night and then, usually, steak tacos with the rest of it. It is good in steak sandwiches and as steak in a green salad, too. We even tried it in French dips with provolone cheese and horseradish sauce. Very nummy. Yours looks so good!
