  1. KUNAFA CUPS
    – 1/2 litre milk
    – 2 tbsp corn flour/ cornstarch
    – Sugar as per taste
    – 1/4th cup fresh cream
    – 1-2 cheese slice/mozzarella cheddar
    – Kunafa dough
    – Melted butter or ghee
    – Pistachio
    – Rose petals
    Method:-
    In a pan, add milk along with corn flour,sugar and fresh cream. Mix this all well,to get a lump free mixture.
    Switch on the flame and let it cook until it thickens up a bit. Add cheese of your choice and cook for another couple of minutes to get the desired consistency.
    Sugar syrup:
    – 1 cup water
    – Sugar as per your taste
    – 1 tsp Lemon juice
    – 1 tbsp Rose water
    To make the sugar syrup, add water in a pan along with sugar. Let this boil for a couple of minutes until the sugar dissolves completely. Add in a squeeze of lemon juice along with 1 tablespoon of rose water,switch off the flame and let cool down.
    To make the Kunafa cups,take Kunafa dough Add in melted butter or ghee mix this all well with the help of your hands.
    Place this in a cupcake mould and press it down, leaving a space in the centre as shown in the video.
    Bake this at 250°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
    Let it cool down completely before demoulding it.
    Garnish it as shown in the video,pour in the sugar syrup and enjoy 💖

  2. I baked at 250c for 10 min and my outer corners burnt and inner portion didn’t cook properly.What should I do?
