Grilled diced chicken breast, shaved Parmesan, and thick cut bacon bits on top of green leaf lettuce with a side of Ken’s (non creamy) Caesar dressing. Served with Caesar croutons. Out of every salad I’ve tried to make, I always go back to this one. It’s simple, yet delicious and satiating.

Greek salad is my favourite! With Kalamata olives and good feta. I like to alternate the dressings between a vinaigrette and some tatziki.
Falafel Salad, a good power greens mix, tomato, peppers, onions a few falafel balls and a tahini vinaigrette.
Peanut Sweet Potato Salad, oven roasted spicy seasoned sweet potatoes(cooled), shredded Brussels/kale, sunflower seeds, tomato, peppers, onion and a thinned out peanut sauce.
I’m rocking Satay Chicken bowls this week. Grilled chicken, mango, orange and yellow bell peppers, edamame, carrot, cucumber, and avocado over a blend of spring mix and Cruciferous Crunch. Topped with Peanut and Red Curry dressing, roasted peanuts and cilantro.
