DUMBO — HILDUR, A SCANDINAVIAN-INSPIRED BISTRO, has opened in the former Gran Electrica space under the same owners, bringing Nordic-French flavors to Brooklyn.

Co-owners Emelie Kihlström and Elise Rosenberg, also of Brooklyn Heights’ Colonie and Pips, are bringing a menu featuring Swedish meatballs au poivre, pickled herring and princess cake. The beverage program includes Scandinavian-infused cocktails, such as the Lingonbaby and Mirepoix Martini.

Hildur, named after Kihlström’s grandmother, offers a bright, airy dining experience with a 72-seat backyard set to open in warmer months. Reservations drop 21 days in advance at noon.
