If you love clams, you’ll definitely want to stick around. Hello everyone and welcome back. Today is going to be all about chopped clams. So, if you like clams, you definitely want to stick around. First, here I have Snow’s Wild Court chopped clams in their own clam juice. You don’t want to drain the juice and throw them away. You want to use the entire content. And this product here is made in the USA. And what we’re going to do is we’re going to use this chopped clam to make clam sauce. So basically they say you can use this to make soup or clam sauce. What we’re going to do today is we’re going to make clam sauce with the help of this product right here. This here I have Sento red clam sauce with extra virgin olive oil. This is also 100% wild all natural. This first can here is a 6 12 oz and I got it for $2.29. This one is 15 oz and it cost $4.50 or $449 at the local supermarket. Let’s now open them up and see what’s inside. All right, so I have emptied the entire can of snow’s chopped clams into this one. This one, it says, is about two servings. And the entire clam sauce into this one. This one is three servings or three and a half servings. What we’re going to do is we’re going to combine them both and we’re going to make about two servings. We’re going to make two servings of spaghetti and clam sauce. Let’s take a look at the nose chopped clams here. So, you can see it’s in its juices. And here are the chopped clams. You can see the big large chunks of clams in there. Next, we’re going to look at the Sento red clam sauce. Let’s check out see how much clams is in this one. You can’t really tell because it’s in the sauce and it’s more finely chopped. And this is the reason why we want to have this here in addition to just this clam sauce to prepare it. We don’t want to overcook the clams over here. So, what we’re going to do is we’re going to heat up this sauce first together with the juices from here. And then when it’s almost ready, we’re going to put in the clams so we don’t overcook the clams. Let’s go and do it. Okay, so here we are. We’re heating up the red clam sauce. We’re draining all the juice from the chopped clam into the red clam sauce. We’re going to save the clams to put them in later when it’s almost done so we don’t overcook the clams. All right, you can see now it’s boiling. We’re going to add in the the clamp meat and just heat it up a little bit and should be ready to serve. So, here we are. Once the clam sauce is done, you just put it over the pasta. And there it is. I like black pepper on my spaghetti and clam [Applause] sauce. Let’s take a look. You can see there are nice chunks of clams on it. Looks wonderful. It is now time for a taste test. I’m getting some spaghetti, some clams, some juice on it, some sauce. Let’s go for it. Very hot. M. That is so good. A lot of big chunks of clams in it. Very fresh. It’s delicious. If you like clams, you must try this dish. It’s very good. M. I love clams and that tastes awesome.
