Not the best photo but very proud of my recent cake! I’ve been on maternity leave for the past four months and started baking cakes for my friends as a side hobby.
This is my most recent cake. Moist chocolate cake layers with raspberry cream cheese frosting and raspberry coulis. Topped with chocolate ganache and decorated with raspberries and edible gold leaf.
I love the combination of rich chocolate and sweet and sour raspberry!
